Reservation: A valid credit or debit card must be provided to secure the reservation.
Duration: The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the agreed return date.
Extension: If you require an extension, notify us at least 48 hours before the return date. Additional charges may apply.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full upon delivery unless otherwise agreed:

Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required based on the size of the skip.

3. Usage Policies

To ensure the safe and efficient use of our skip hire services, please adhere to the following:

Permissible Waste: Only acceptable materials as per local regulations should be disposed of. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, asbestos, and electronics.
Weight Limits: Each skip has a maximum weight capacity. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges.
Placement: Skips must be placed on a stable surface, ensuring they do not obstruct public pathways or create hazards.

4. Liability and Insurance

Earls Court Skip Hire is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from the use of our skips, except where caused by our negligence:

Damage to Property: Customers are liable for any damage caused to their property during skip placement and removal.
Personal Injury: We are not liable for any personal injury sustained during the use of the skip service.
Insurance: It is recommended that customers have appropriate insurance coverage for any potential risks.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in accordance with the following terms:

Notice Period: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Failure to collect the skip on the scheduled date may result in forfeiture of the rental agreement and payment.

6. Terms of Use

By using our services, you agree to:

7. Dispute Resolution

Mediation: If negotiation fails, a neutral mediator may be appointed to facilitate a resolution.
Legal Action: As a last resort, disputes may be taken to court in accordance with the governing law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Earls Court Skip Hire operates. Any legal actions arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.

9. Amendments

Earls Court Skip Hire reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Severability
